Our classes are capped to 10 people and create a supportive, ego-free environment where everyone can progress whether you're just starting out or a seasoned athlete.

You’re probably thinking if it’s hard to book into a session if there’s a limit of 10 people. Don’t stress! We run sessions every half an hour and have over 66 sessions a week. There’s always room for you.

Most gyms get these wrong.

Sustainable weight loss and toning start with building muscle not endless cardio. More muscle means a faster metabolism and just 2–3 strength sessions a week is all you need to keep it elevated all week long. Cardio, HIIT, Pilates and bootcamps only burn calories while you’re moving, forcing you to train constantly just to maintain progress.

That cycle leads to burnout, frustration and inconsistency. Strength training breaks that pattern and gives you lasting results, more energy and freedom from the ‘always training, never changing’ trap.

For years, you’ve been told to eat less, cut carbs, skip drinks and restrict everything. But that approach leaves you drained, guilty and stuck. When you under-eat, your body adapts by slowing your metabolism, trapping you in a cycle of low energy and frustration.

Poor posture is one of the biggest issues in today’s world and endless stretching won’t fix it. Most gyms push you too hard without managing load or addressing how your body actually moves. That’s why you end up sore, tight and nursing the same lower-back, neck or shoulder pain week after week.

At Redemption, we assess your posture before you even start. Tight calves? This is a huge risk for lower back injuries during a squat. We can now safely adapt your plan. Every exercise has a purpose because real progress starts with movement that’s built for you.
