    You’re probably thinking if it’s hard to book into a session if there’s a limit of 10 people. Don’t stress! We run sessions every half an hour and have over 60 sessions a week. There’s always room for you.

    We scale our workouts based on your fitness and your injury status so you get a workout suited to YOU.
