At Redemption Training Albion, our Fit Over 50 program focusses on 4 components.

Bone density

Lifting weights in a smart, safe and sustainable has been shown to increase bone density more than other forms of exercise. As such. The only problem, if not done with proper supervision you can hurt yourself.

That’s why our expert coaches work with you throughout every exercise and every session to ensure correct technique, correct weights are being used and that you are training with an appropriate schedule.

Improving day to day movement

We understand exactly how important day to day movement is. You have a life to live. Our job is to ensure you can do that!

We have designed the perfect functional exercise program that supports your movement so you can continue doing the things you love.

Posture

Posture is so important! We screen and assess every member’s posture before they start with us. We then provide you with a specific posture improvement plan that you complete at the start of each training session. We also use select exercises and modify your training based on your posture.

Hypertrophy for weight management

Want to know the key to losing weight and keep it off?

Hypertrophy.

This is the fancy word for increasing muscle tone. We focus on lifting weights to increase muscle tone. This increases your metabolism long term and makes it super easy to lose weight and keep it off.
